The health and wellbeing of our residents, family members, and staff is of the utmost importance to us.

Colonial Heights and Gardens is happy to announce that we are beginning to open up our community to activities and dining room dining. We continue to follow guidelines from the CDC and CMS.

We have opened up our Residential Living community to visitors.  Everyone must continue to screen at the front desk.  If guests have been vaccinated they are welcome to visit family in their apartments. The dining room has resumed operations for all three meals for the residents. Resident Activities and bus transportation to the grocery store and shopping have also resumed.  Transportation to doctor appointments will resume May 3.

For our Personal Care residents, we will resume meals in the dining room beginning  Monday, May 3 with breakfast.  We will add lunch on May 17 and dinner on May 31. Until then residents will continue to be served those meals in the apartment homes.

Our resident families are welcome back to visit residents in their apartment – provided they have been vaccinated.  They must also continue to screen at the front desk.  Resident Activities and bus transportation have also resumed.

Transportation to Doctor appointments will resume May 3.
